Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

At Simply Jewellers, we want you to love every piece you buy. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not be exactly what you expected.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Please email us at [Your Support Email] with your Order ID.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the Return process once the item is delivered.

  • Customized Orders: Orders for customized jewelry (engravings, custom sizes, or bespoke designs) cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a [e.g., 7-Day] Return/Exchange Window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Condition of Product: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Packaging: All original packaging, including the jewelry box, certificates of authenticity, and tags, must be intact. The security tag must not be removed.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

    • Custom-made or personalized jewelry.

    • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered:

  1. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide a clear photo or an unboxing video (highly recommended for high-value jewelry) to [Your Support Email].

  3. We will arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request: Email [Your Support Email] or WhatsApp us at [Your Number] with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Pickup: We will schedule a reverse pickup through our logistics partner. Please ensure the package is securely sealed.

  3. Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check by our gemologists/experts.

5. Refunds

  • Approval: Refunds are processed only after the product passes our quality inspection.

  • Mode of Refund: * Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking) within 7–10 business days.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): We will request your bank details to process an NEFT transfer.

  • Deductions: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Strategic Tips for Simply Jewellers:

  • The “Unboxing Video” Rule: In India, many jewelry brands now require a continuous “unboxing video” to process claims for missing or damaged items. This protects you from fraudulent “empty box” claims.

  • Security Tags: Use a “void if removed” plastic tag on your jewelry. If the customer removes it, they can’t return the item. This prevents people from “borrowing” jewelry for a one-night event and then returning it.
